Toby Roscoe
​Managing Director

Toby holds a B.Sc. in Resource and Environmental Management from the Australian National University. He has 20 years of experience in environmental management, including significant development projects in the private sector, including roles with Anglo American and Shell. He brings international experience of environmental management for development projects from North America and Asia, and also domestic experience from WA, NSW and QLD.

Many of Toby’s roles have been in management capacities, including strategy development, budgeting, project management, development of environmental management systems, and operational delivery of environmental rehabilitation projects. He has a demonstrated history of innovating solutions to achieve environmental compliance with Commonwealth and State legislation (EPBC Act, Environmental Offsets Act and Environmental Protection Act), in metalliferous mining, coal mining and coal seam gas sectors. He has achieved environmental compliance for some of the world's largest contemporary projects in these sectors.

Since becoming Managing Director of EcoHub Toby has consulted on environmental management to BHP, BMA, YanCoal, Stanmore Resources and Arrow Energy.

• Accountable for the planning and management for the Environment Team within the Safety and Sustainable Development Department
• Responsible person for site environmental approvals, compliance and liaisons with the Commonwealth and State Regulators

• Accountable for managing landholder, cultural heritage group and community relationships
• Accountable for planning, budgeting, project management and operational delivery of environmental compliance
• Responsible for contractor site safety compliance and contractor management
• Successful rehabilitation of methane drainage infrastructure and land impacted by mining activities
